Seduction is a normal behavior that carries us into adolescence and contributes to building an identity. It gradually establishes a closeness and a complicity with someone, for a possible romance or sexual intimacy. Thus, through games of seduction, we can determine if the other person shares the same interests as us. Moreover, in the optic of a healthy seduction, the other person has the choice to accept or refuse our advances. In short, seduction, when it manifests itself by attention, compliments and small gestures, and is full of politeness and courtesy, can be very intoxicating. It gives us wings, it uplifts us.
Seduction. When it derails...
Seduction can go awry when it is synonymous with selfish personal interest, misplaced emphasis on the other, or a strictly and rapidly sexual approach.That's why we have to give ourselves some time, to accept that there is a certain distance at the beginning so bonds of trust can be built. These same bonds will eventually make you feel closer to each other and see the other person's kindness, empathy, real charm, and respect repeatedly in everyday situations. In short, seduction is more pleasant when it carries us than when it derails.
General objectives:
- Recognize the legitimacy of the need to please in adolescence.
- Initiate constructive discussions with youth to identify more realistic and appropriate ways to seduce at their age.
- Promote authenticity, integrity, and respect in the seduction process in adolescents
- Recognize the benefits of being yourself in seduction.
